Who is Shiplist for?
Indie founders and small SaaS teams who want a public feedback board, roadmap and changelog without enterprise pricing. Today each workspace has one admin; team roles are on our roadmap.
How do users get notified when something ships?
After voting, people can leave their email to hear back. When you move the linked roadmap item to Shipped, Shiplist publishes a changelog post and sends each of them one email. They can unsubscribe in one click.
Do voters need an account?
No. Anyone can vote on a public board or an embedded widget. Leaving an email is optional and it's only used for the shipped notification.
Is pricing per user or per voter?
Neither. Plans are flat: Pro is €19/month or €190/year, however many people vote on your board. Our first 100 Pro customers lock in €9/month for life.
Can I put it inside my app?
Yes. Every plan includes embeddable widgets for the feedback board, roadmap and changelog, with a “Submit an idea” button.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your settings. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period, then move to the Free plan.
